Ycdei participated in the Non-Profit Management Course organized by Nigeria Network of NGO’ssupported by Google. The training which held fromTuesday 29th June to Thursday 1st July at Charlton Exclusive Hotel, Total Garden, Ibadan, focused on building systems and structures for smooth running of Non-profit Organization.
Topics such as: Leading in a crisis; Establishing a Nonprofit in Nigeria; Board Engagement; Strategy and Organizational Planning; Staff and volunteer Management; Project Management; Fundraising; Financial Management; Communications; Reporting Narrative and Digital Tools were treated at the training.
