The facilitator, Mrs. Edem Ossai taught on fundamentals of mentorship, various types of mentorships as well as the do’s and don’ts of mentorship both on the part of the mentor(s) and mentee(s).
During this phase of the workshop, one of the participants, Dr. Temitayo Ogunsanwo who attended the previous phases of the workshop shared her success story on how the previous sessions of the workshop had helped her to record some successes in her organization
